Thank you for hosting us for one night. The lower bunk in the 6-person room was fine, but since the upper bunk is dangerous, I think you should make a point of assigning elderly guests to the lower bunk. If possible, it would be great if we could choose between breakfast and a breakfast box at check-in. I would also appreciate it if breakfast were served starting at 4:30 a.m.

When reservations are made, we confirm the number of senior guests and assign sleeping spaces so that guests aged 70 and over are not placed in upper bunks. The rice in the bento was abnormally hard, and everyone in our group was dissatisfied. I’m not asking for anything extravagant, but I’d at least like them to serve rice that’s edible.

This was my first time staying here. We were shown to a section on the second floor of the silkworm rack, which the three of us shared, and we were able to rest relatively comfortably. The restroom was located at the back of the drying room for clothes and other items, and since the drying room was crowded that day, having to bend over while moving through the space felt a little inconvenient. I thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, as well as the bento box. Thank you very much.

Since it was the day after a holiday, the two of us shared the room and were able to get a good night’s rest. The futon was a bit narrow, and it was cold because it was raining. We really appreciated your help with planning our walks and the hike down, as well as your advice and guidance on the weather. We’d love to stay with you again next summer. Thank you very much.

It was a scenic spot overlooking a large pond. They had made a concerted effort to preserve the surrounding environment, and the area was very well maintained.

Since it was a shared room, I guess it couldn't be helped, but my roommate snored so loudly that I didn't get enough sleep. The hamburger steak for dinner was delicious.

Overall it was my first experience to stay at mountain hut. But it was memorable and some of the fantastic views of Japan Alps. The mountain hut hospitality was great. I was surprised that they have wifi even at such high altitude. I would express my gratitude for all the staff for providing excellent service in adverse weather .
