I stayed in a semi-private room with two meals included. The staff were kind and had wonderful smiles. The Sky Plaza was also spacious and very nice.

I was surprised at how clean the restroom was. At first glance, it’s a place that’s often overlooked, but I think it’s really important. I had a great time.

The room was excellent, with a private atmosphere thanks to the private room. However, I think they turned off the air conditioning in the bathroom at night, because the smell was so bad I couldn't sleep! I hope they fix this as soon as possible.

Since there’s no electricity in the room, it would be helpful to have a hook to hang a headlamp in a spot where it won’t bother the neighbors. It would be even better if the side walls were all hidden at the same height. The food isn’t as good as at other mountain lodges. The toilet with a bidet function was fantastic!

It was a shame the weather was so rough due to Typhoon No. 15! It was also a shame that I couldn’t use the internet because of the thunderstorm! However, I was surprised to find that the toilet had a Washlet❗️ Thank you so much for taking such good care of me❗️

I stayed in a private room that was 2 tatami mats in size, but I wish it had been a little bigger. I kept bumping into the wall when I rolled over in my sleep. Also, the futon was thin and made me wake up in pain. There was trash scattered everywhere. Overall, it was just average, but I was satisfied with the service and the meals.
We're sorry the size of the private room left you uncomfortable. These compact private rooms are popular with many guests for offering a private space, though we take your point about bumping into the wall seriously. We're also truly sorry the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it should have been. We're glad you were satisfied with the service and the meals.
