It was great to hear about Hakuba Sanso’s 120th anniversary and see the slideshow. My friend was really impressed when he used the flush toilet. I wish I’d gone! My son was thrilled that we could have unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. Even though we had to wait in line in the morning, I decided it was better to have breakfast there than to bring a packed lunch. The trail from Tsugaike offered great weather and scenery, and I took some amazing photos! I was worried about the typhoon, but I’m so glad everything turned out this way‼️ Thank you very much!

I wish they had explained in advance that the lights and AC outlets in the special private room would stop working as soon as the lights were turned off. It was disappointing to find that my cell phone hadn't charged at all by early morning, even though I thought I had plugged it in before going to bed.

I stayed in a private room, and it was really nice. If I had to nitpick, it was a shame there was only one hanger per person. The closet was spacious, though... I was really impressed that the toilet had a bidet function. Also, there was a sign in the kitchen area saying, “Please brush your teeth and wash your face in the washroom,” but many people were brushing their teeth and washing up in the kitchen anyway. I looked all over for the “washroom” and found it right in front of the restroom. Many of the colors and sizes of the souvenir T-shirts were sold out, so it was a shame there weren’t many options. I’d like to come back around July next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed in a dormitory-style room. When I mentioned the previous day that I hadn’t been able to sleep at Hakuba Oike because the person next to me was snoring so loudly, they said they’d try to move me to a spot on the edge. This time, I was on the edge from the start. However, the person who ended up next to me was snoring just as loudly. I figured I’d be better off staying in a private room next time. It might have been a good idea to buy some earplugs.

Although we arranged a spot at the end of the room following your request from the previous night, we're sorry that snoring nearby once again kept you from a restful sleep. In shared rooms it's difficult to fully prevent noise from others, so we recommend private rooms for those who prefer a quieter night. I think the staff are very courteous. Even though many of them are young, I could tell they provide thorough and attentive guidance. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and satisfying, but if I had to nitpick, since we were served oyaki this time, I think one serving of the main fish dish at breakfast would be enough.
