This was my first time staying here. Despite the poor weather, we were able to enjoy a leisurely meal at the adjacent Sky Plaza Hakuba, where we ate the boxed lunches we’d brought from the Hakuba Oike Mountain Lodge and drank the beer we’d ordered. We were able to share a room among the three of us, and the flush toilet was a huge help. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much.

The facilities were incredibly well-equipped, and I had such a comfortable stay—it was hard to believe I was in a mountain cabin. The meals were delicious, and I had a wonderful time. I’d love to stay there again next year. Thank you very much.

Thanks to a cancellation, we were able to upgrade to a semi-private room, which allowed us to enjoy some privacy—I really appreciated that. When we checked in, we ordered the beef stew dinner, and being able to relax and enjoy it at Sky Plaza was a wonderful memory. The drying room was spacious and nice and warm, so our wet clothes dried thoroughly—I was really grateful for that. The restrooms were flush toilets and very clean! It was comfortable. I stayed for two nights to ride out the typhoon, and I was able to have a fulfilling (?) time—whether it was enjoying cake and tea at Sky Plaza or just lounging around in my room.

Sky Plaza Hakuba offers stunning views and a wide variety of dishes. I was amazed by the impressive, spacious facilities and excellent service—it’s hard to believe we were high up in the mountains. It’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful room in Building 2, which was close to the dining hall and restrooms. If I had to mention a few things, I did find the noise from opening and closing the door and walking down the hallway a bit loud, and the hallway lights were a bit too bright at night.

It was my first time staying here, and I had a very comfortable stay. The meals had a wide variety of dishes and were delicious. Although my room was a large shared room, they arranged it so the bed next to mine was empty, which allowed me to sleep well. I wish I’d realized sooner that Buildings 2 and 3 have internet access and that there are a lounge, a drying room, and a changing room. (Maybe it was posted somewhere, but) I think having a map of the facility near the front desk would make it easier for first-time visitors to find their way around.

After being unsettled by a sudden rain and thunderstorm and the snowfield, we finally arrived at Hakuba Mountain Lodge, where we received a warm welcome. It was such a relief. The "Tenku Classic" event was absolutely amazing.
