The tent site is reservation-only. Please complete check-in at Sarukura Lodge upon arrival.
After check-in, it takes approximately 1 hour on foot to reach the Hakuba-jiri campsite.
Please set up your tent after arriving at the campsite.
Please dismantle your tent by 8:00 AM the following morning.

Meals are not provided for guests staying with their own tents.
Please bring your own food.

Tent equipment is not provided.
As the check-in location and campsite are separate, please allow sufficient time for access.

Please take all trash with you.
Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime and early morning hours.

Deposit Policy
A booking deposit system is used in place of a cancellation fee.
The deposit will be applied toward your accommodation fee when you stay.
The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including weather or health conditions.
However, if you change your reservation within the allowed period during the current season, the deposit will be carried over to the new booking.
This system allows you to adjust your schedule more easily depending on weather conditions.
