[Usage Information]
The tent site is reservation-only. Please complete check-in at Goryu Sanso upon arrival.
Please dismantle your tent by 8:00 AM the following morning.

Meals are not provided for guests staying with their own tents.
Bento meals are available as an optional add-on.

[Important Notes]
Tent equipment is not provided.
Please arrive by around 3:00 PM, and no later than 4:00 PM, due to rapidly changing mountain weather.
Please take all trash with you.
Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime and early morning hours.

Deposit Policy

A booking deposit system is used in place of a cancellation fee.

The deposit will be applied toward your accommodation fee when you stay.

The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including weather or health conditions.

However, if you change your reservation within the allowed period during the current season, the deposit will be carried over to the new booking.

This system allows you to adjust your schedule more easily depending on weather conditions.
