Spectacular views of the Japanese Alps and the Sea of Japan

Located just below the summit of Mt. Hakuba, this mountain lodge was established in 1906.
For over a century, it has welcomed countless hikers on their journeys.

Before you lies a breathtaking panorama of the Japanese Alps, including Hakuba Sanzan, Mt. Tateyama, and Mt. Tsurugi.
On clear days, you can even see all the way to the Sea of Japan.

The lodge also features “Sky Plaza Hakuba,” a mountaintop restaurant with spectacular views.
Enjoy ramen, local Shinshu specialties, and desserts while taking in the scenery.
