  We have renewed our mountain lodge reservation system.
  It is now smoother and more convenient to use.

  1. Manage your reservations via My Page
  You can now modify or cancel your reservations anytime, 24/7, from your My Page.
  No need to contact us by phone or email.
  
  2. Credit card payments available
  You can now pay by credit card, making the payment process easier and more convenient.
  
  3. Waitlist feature
  Even if a lodge is fully booked, you can now join a waitlist.
  
  4. Smooth check-in
  Simply scan the QR code shown in your reservation details on My Page at the self check-in terminal for a quick and smooth check-in.
  Please make sure to complete your companion information in advance.
  
  5. Introduction of reservation deposit system
  To ensure fair access for all guests, we have introduced a reservation deposit system. The deposit will be applied toward your accommodation fee and can be used for date changes within the same season.
