This was my first time staying here. Since I stayed in a private room, I was able to rest comfortably. I also had a great time relaxing at Sky Plaza. It was helpful that they refilled the water. The restroom (for number two) was a bit dark, so I felt it would be better if it were a little brighter. I’d like to use your services again.
From StaffThank you for staying with us for the first time. So glad the private room gave you a chance to rest well, and that you enjoyed relaxing at Sky Plaza. We've taken your feedback about the restroom lighting to heart. We hope to welcome you back to the mountains of Hakuba, in the Japanese Alps.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Even though they were busy, they took the time to politely explain things I didn’t understand. Since it was my first time using the service and I had some concerns, I’m very grateful. Also, the restrooms were very clean, and I was impressed by how well-maintained they were.
From StaffSo glad we were able to explain things clearly even during a busy time. We understand it can feel uncertain on a first visit, so we're happy to hear you felt at ease. The restrooms were recently renovated, including the addition of washlets, and it means a lot to hear they made such a good impression. We hope to welcome you back to the mountains of Hakuba, in the Japanese Alps.

I was impressed by how skillfully and efficiently you handled such a large group. Aside from the fact that the pillow wasn’t quite right for me, everything else was excellent. You really go above and beyond with the meals as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
From StaffSo glad we were able to look after a large group smoothly. We're sorry the pillow wasn't quite right for you. We're happy to hear the meals were also to your liking. We hope to welcome you back to the mountains of Hakuba, in the Japanese Alps.

The level of service was exactly what you'd expect from Japan's largest mountain lodge. I was surprised to find a toilet with a Washlet. It was very comfortable to use.
It's a real honor to hear our service matched what you'd expect from one of Japan's largest mountain huts. So glad the washlet restroom surprised you, and that you had a comfortable stay. We hope to welcome you back to the mountains of Hakuba, in the Japanese Alps.
