I arrived completely exhausted after being battered by wind and rain, but the receptionist greeted me cheerfully, which put me at ease. The tonjiru soup for dinner was delicious. I was grateful to see that the restrooms had become cleaner and more luxurious? compared to a few years ago. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Due to the weather, I had to move my reservation up by one day the day before, but I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The meals were so impressive—you wouldn’t believe they were served at a mountain lodge—and they tasted absolutely delicious after a long hike. I’d love to go back.

The location was great, and we enjoyed the view from around the cabin. The guest room was comfortable, and I could see the stars through the window. The meals were delicious; the miso soup served at dinner didn’t use dried ingredients but instead contained chunky taro. Natto was included as a side dish with breakfast. The toilet was flushable, clean, and free of any unpleasant odors. It had a heated toilet seat, but I wonder if the toilet bowl remains powered even late at night—personally, I’m concerned about the electricity and water consumption.

I stayed here with a tour group for two weeks in a row. We were given two rooms for our group of ten, and everyone was very pleased. The restrooms were clean, and the view from the restaurant was wonderful. I’d love to stay here again next year. Thank you very much.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and polite—it was wonderful. The facility was clean, and the restrooms in Building 2 were on par with those in the city. They were cleaner than even some run-down train station restrooms. The Sky Plaza was also a lovely space; it was the kind of mountain lodge that makes you want to go back. Since I only stayed without meals this time, I’d like to try the food there next time.

The location is great. I guess it can’t be helped since it has a large capacity, but there aren’t many places to relax, either indoors or outdoors. I suppose they want to draw people to Sky Plaza, but since they can’t spend that much money, that’s a bit of a letdown.
