I was completely exhausted but somehow managed to make it there. Check-in went smoothly, and I was happy with the kind service. I lounged around in my 2-tatami-mat private room to recover from my fatigue. I really appreciated how clean the restroom was. The bento box 🍱 I had the next morning was delicious, too. Thank you for your hospitality.

The customer service was polite and good. It was a large room with an open space in the middle, so there wasn't much room to put our luggage. Since there were plenty of empty spots, it would have been nice if we could have moved to one of them.

I stayed in Room 6 on the mezzanine floor of Building 1, but after lights out, the light from the hallway stairs was so bright that I couldn't sleep well. I wish they could have at least put up curtains on the window closest to the stairs on the hallway side.

The room is called "Komakusa." The sound of footsteps in the hallway is so loud that I can't fall asleep.

When I checked online, Sky Plaza’s beef stew was listed as a limited-edition lunch item (only 10 servings), but when I arrived, I was told it was on the dinner menu. I’m sure everyone who was waiting at 11:00 a.m. thought the same thing. I’d already had the terrine for dessert at lunch, so I was a little surprised when it came out again as the dessert for dinner. The freshly baked bread was delicious. I wanted one of the T-shirts on display in the dining hall—the ones with the simple design—but unfortunately, they only had ones with large prints. It was a very beautiful mountain lodge, and the staff were kind; I made some wonderful memories. Thank you very much. It was great to see the starry sky and ptarmigans so many times.

I was surprised by how clean the restroom was. I thought it was great that it had a Washlet, since it helps prevent wasting extra toilet paper. I’d like to visit this cabin again, as they really focus on cleanliness. I wish they’d serve food that tastes a little better.

This time, I was lucky enough to book a private bedroom, so I was able to get a good night’s rest. I’m very satisfied. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were also very helpful. However, breakfast was served at the Sky Restaurant, but since there were strong winds and heavy rain that morning, I had to go outside wearing a raincoat and got soaked, which was quite a hassle. If it had rained, I think I would have preferred to use the regular dining hall. That’s all.
