It would have been better if the dorm rooms had at least been across from each other or separated by floor for men and women. All the staff members were energetic and made a good impression.

During meals, the rice and miso soup were placed in the middle of the table, so it was hard to reach them when I wanted seconds.

This was my first time staying at Hakuba Sanso. This time, I stayed alone in a private room for two on the second floor. The sense of privacy was well worth the price; they even lent me a plastic bag to store my shoes, and the layout—including the way to the restroom and the exit—was easy to follow, so I was able to sleep soundly. I also thought the information about power banks was helpful. The food was delicious, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was exciting. I’ll definitely be back.
Thank you for staying with us for the first time, and we're glad the two-person private room on the second floor, used solo, felt like it delivered the privacy worth the price. We're happy the plastic bag for storing shoes and the clear layout leading to the restroom and outside also met your expectations.
