We stayed here after descending from Mt. Hakuba. The bath was the perfect way to soothe our sore muscles.

I stayed in a bunk bed dormitory. It was comfortable, with a luggage storage area and curtains for privacy. I think it would be great if they offered sheet rentals—even if there were a fee.

The room was excellent. I’m just wondering why I didn’t receive a key? The meals were satisfying. The staff provided courteous service. I’d like to come back again.

Both the room and the restroom were clean. The staff went above and beyond—they weren’t strict about check-in times and let us check in a little early. In the morning, we had planned to take a bento box with us, but since the weather was bad, they let us eat it in the dining room and even served us tea and miso soup. I could really feel their genuine hospitality. I’d love to stay there again.

I stayed for several nights, and they changed the sheets on my futon and kept everything clean. The room, bathroom, and toilet were all clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the staff treated us with great care. I’d love to come back and stay here with friends, and it’s great that I can stay here even by myself. It’s also nice that Wi-Fi is available. I think it would be even better if it worked in the rooms as well.
