    I really liked that the restrooms were clean. I hope all restrooms will be equipped with Washlet toilets soon.

    Both the food and the private room were great! Above all, the Sky Classic live concert that night was amazing!! It was totally worth the climb in the rain. I received an unexpected treat!

    As expected, the first thing that struck me when I entered the mountain lodge was just how clean it was. It was sparkling. This is by far the most comfortable mountain lodge I’ve ever stayed in, especially when it comes to the restrooms. The meal service was efficient, smooth, and delicious. The talk about Hakuba-kan’s history during the 120th-anniversary celebration at the restaurant really helped me understand the feelings of those who love Hakuba. It was a wonderful mountain lodge, just as I’d hoped.
