A surprisingly well-organized mountain lodge! It was a pleasant stay after a full day of hiking in the rain—warm, dry, comfortable, and quiet. The food was delicious, and the staff were kind and efficient.

It was a tough hike in the rain, but when we arrived, we were greeted with bright smiles, which put us at ease. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the place was clean—we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I’d like to hike up here on a sunny day and stay again. Thank you very much!

I think we did a good job serving dinner even with so many guests. If I had to point out one thing, I’d say the bedding was a bit damp—that’s something to improve on. I’d love to stay here again.

I was really impressed by the staff’s friendly and smiling service. The restrooms were cleaner and didn’t smell as much as they did the last time I visited, so I had a very comfortable experience. I look forward to visiting again.

A friend of mine started working part-time at Hakuba Sanso, so I stayed there this time. I stayed in Building No. 2, which was very clean, and I was especially surprised to find that the toilets were flush toilets. I was also really happy that I could have seconds of rice and pork miso soup for dinner. Unfortunately, the weather at Sky Plaza wasn’t great, so I couldn’t see the view, but the menu had a wide variety of options, so I still had a great time. If I get the chance to stay there again, I’d like to come back on a sunny day!
