I stayed in a compact private room. It was much more comfortable than I had imagined. I was surprised by how delicious the meals were—the menu was well-balanced, too. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay.

All the staff are kind and helpful. The inn is clean. The food is delicious. Considering the price, you might be better off getting a bento box at a mountain lodge along the way. It would be nice to have an outlet in the room.

Although we arrived early from Hakuba Oike, I was grateful that we were able to check in just after 11:00 a.m. We took our time enjoying the apple pie and coffee, and thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. It looked like we might catch the sunrise, so we hurried up to the summit—it was a relief that it was so close. Thank you very much.

It’s a large lodge, but the staff were efficient, and I had a very comfortable stay. Considering we were eating at an altitude of 2,800 meters, the food was really good.

Since I had a private room, my stay was very comfortable. The mattress was a bit short, but the comforter was very warm, so I slept soundly without feeling cold at all. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I enjoyed my meals without any wait time. The food and desserts at the café were also very tasty. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed in a compact private room by myself. The futon was fluffy, and I was able to relax and unwind. The restroom and sink area were clean. The drying room was spacious, and I was grateful that I could dry my clothes thoroughly in a short amount of time. The Unjo Restaurant and Sky Plaza were also very comfortable—I ended up going back there several times for the cake set, coffee, tea, curry, burgers, and beef stew (lol). All the staff were kind and helpful. They struck up conversations with me, and the warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. I’d like to visit again while I still have the stamina to climb Mt. Hakuba.
We're glad you had a relaxing time alone in the compact private room. It's great to hear the restroom and washroom were clean, and that the drying room's size and quick drying time worked well for you. We're happy you visited Sky Plaza again and again, trying the cake set, coffee, tea, curry, burger, and beef stew. It's wonderful to hear our staff's warmth came through and made the atmosphere feel welcoming. Thank you for the photos too, both the food and the building came out beautifully.
