To be honest, I was surprised that the curry for dinner was cold. But if that was just how the meal was supposed to be, I guess there’s nothing I can do about it. The restroom was surprisingly comfortable—hard to believe it was in a mountain cabin—and my partner was pleased with it, too.

It felt somewhat cold and unwelcoming. Even though I was staying in a mountain cabin and was worried about the weather, there was no TV and the internet connection was poor, so I couldn’t even check the forecast. There was also nowhere to relax after dinner. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained.

The hike took longer than expected, so I was late for dinner, but the staff were very kind and accommodating, and I had a wonderful time. The miso-simmered yellowtail for breakfast was delicious.
