This was my first time staying here. Since I stayed in a private room, I was able to rest comfortably. I also had a great time relaxing at Sky Plaza. It was helpful that they refilled the water. The restroom (for number two) was a bit dark, so I felt it would be better if it were a little brighter. I’d like to use your services again.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Even though they were busy, they took the time to politely explain things I didn’t understand. Since it was my first time using the service and I had some concerns, I’m very grateful. Also, the restrooms were very clean, and I was impressed by how well-maintained they were.

I was impressed by how skillfully and efficiently you handled such a large group. Aside from the fact that the pillow wasn’t quite right for me, everything else was excellent. You really go above and beyond with the meals as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Since the fog was so thick, it would have been helpful to have a sign indicating how far down from Mt. Hakuba the mountain lodge was (though I suppose signs aren’t allowed in a national park?). I’m sorry we arrived late. My friend started feeling sick after we arrived at the lodge, but I was relieved that a doctor was able to examine them right away. Thank you very much.
From StaffThick fog can understandably make the descent feel uncertain. Unfortunately, adding signage isn't something we're able to do, as the area lies within a national park. A late arrival does cause us concern, so we'd appreciate it if you could plan to arrive by 4pm.
