The staff were all very helpful. The woman with the perm was especially friendly and lovely. Both the curry for dinner and the breakfast were delicious. However, my personal space on the bunk bed was far too cramped. I could hardly sleep at all. I imagine mountain huts used to be even more cramped, but now that rates have gone up significantly, I’d like them to ensure a little more comfort for sleeping.

The restrooms—which everyone raves about—and the breakfast were wonderful, and the staff’s service was outstanding. I’d love to stay here again, but since the futons in the “Kaiko-dana” rooms are narrower than in other mountain huts, I’d appreciate it if there were more private rooms available.

This was my first time staying here. It was a large Japanese-style room, but it had been renovated, so it was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of electrical outlets, too. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit.

The bedroom is super tiny. I wish they'd at least limit it to about five people.

The spacing between the shared rooms was too narrow. I thought it would be nice if there were partitions.

It was my first time staying here, and just as rumored, it was a very beautiful and clean mountain lodge. I stayed in a private room, and I was impressed by the tasteful decor—it even came fully equipped with hangers, ceiling racks, and power outlets, including USB-C ports. I was especially surprised to find a toilet with a bidet function, as I’d never seen one before. It’s a nice touch that the outdoor restroom is designed so you can enjoy the spectacular view through the window while using it. The drying room dries clothes very well, the scent of wood throughout the lodge is pleasant, and the meals were delicious.

We were told to set up the tent within the marked rope boundaries, but the spot where we initially tried to set it up was too narrow, and the tent we brought wouldn’t fit within that area, no matter how we oriented it.
