Since the hallway outside my room serves as the main route to the dining room, I couldn’t get any sleep because it was so noisy until dinner service ended—even though I wanted to go to bed early. Would it be possible to arrange for guests with early dinner times to stay in rooms on the second floor?

I had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, the restrooms were clean, and I have no complaints. There was just one thing: I received an urgent call and tried various ways to contact the lodge, but all I got were automated voice messages, so I couldn’t get through. Fortunately, everything turned out fine in the end, but it would be helpful if guests were informed of how to contact the lodge in an emergency. That aside, I thought it was a wonderful mountain lodge. Thank you very much.

My 8-year-old son and I stayed at Yari Onsen Cabin the night before our climb and used it as our lodging for the second day of our ascent of the Hakuba Three Peaks. The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful time. I thought I could just eat at the restaurant even if I didn’t include the dinner package with my stay, but the restaurant menu only offered light meals after 2:00 PM, so I couldn’t have dishes like curry rice (I also missed out on the limited-time beef stew, even though I arrived at 12:00 PM). It was simply my own oversight. Still, I thought it would be convenient if the restaurant’s lunch menu were available in the evening as well.

It had been 10 years since our last stay, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. I was particularly impressed by how clean the restroom area was and how well-maintained the surroundings were. The drying room was also in excellent condition, and I think this is a mountain lodge that everyone—from seasoned hikers to beginners—can enjoy. Needless to say, the Sky Plaza was wonderful. If there had been a wider variety of T-shirts for sale, I think it would have made me more inclined to buy one. I’m planning to visit again sometime. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much. I’d like to express my gratitude for all your help. It was my first time staying there, but the staff at the mountain lodge were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. Since it was during the Obon season, it was more crowded than I expected, and I regret not bringing earplugs. The drying room was also a big help. I was also happy to receive a commemorative sticker. It was a wonderful memory!

I visited during the busy season, but I was glad the cafeteria and other areas didn’t feel crowded. It would be even better if the network supported signals from major carriers other than Docomo.
