I was able to spend my time there fairly naturally, and flushing the toilet worked reasonably well. Since it’s a cabin with running water and ample water supply, hot water is usually available even without a bath. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know in advance if a shower is available. It was great to be able to drink both cold and hot water whenever I wanted.

It was comfortable, partly because it wasn't crowded. It was helpful to get information on the condition of the Great Snowfield in advance.

Since it's accessible by taxi from the station, it wasn't crowded even during peak season, and I was able to use a triple room all to myself, so it felt like a private room.

Even though it was a shared room, they let me use it as a private room, so I had a very comfortable stay. The interior was clean, and I could tell it was well-maintained. It’s a valuable base for mountain climbing, and I’m very grateful for it. I’d love to stay there again if I get the chance.

The mountain hut itself is quite ordinary, but when I was struggling to decide whether to attempt the summit due to bad weather, the staff sincerely listened to my concerns and gave me the courage to call off the climb. Given that there was news of an accident on the same route that very day, I am truly grateful.

The staff were very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. Due to bad weather that day, it looked like we might arrive later than planned, so I tried calling the number I found online, but I couldn’t get through. I later learned that the inn doesn’t have a direct phone line. I think it would be better for both parties if there were some way to contact each other. Also, if I had to make one suggestion, I think it would be nice to have a drying room.

The Hakuba-jiri Campground was easy to use, and the views were wonderful. I had heard that the water source was available, but almost no water was coming out. I would appreciate it if you could fix this. I’ll definitely use it again.

We camped at Hakubajiri so we could climb the Great Snowfield first thing in the morning. There’s a water spigot in front of the restroom, but depending on the time of day, no water comes out at all, which made washing our hands after using the restroom inconvenient. However, there’s a river nearby, so it was nice to be able to wash our feet there.

Breakfast and dinner were great♪ The rolled omelet was delicious. It wasn't crowded, so we ended up being able to use it as a private room—which was a relief, since we'd been prepared to share a room.
