We used the campground. Each site was plenty spacious and level, so we had a very comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and made us feel very welcome.

Even though it's a mountain cabin, the toilet has a Washlet. There are power outlets and Wi-Fi, too. The facilities are fantastic.

The staff were friendly. I think the system of taking photos of the instructions is practical and a good idea. Both the curry for dinner and breakfast were delicious. I liked that the miso soup was packed with vegetables, and the mushroom soup at breakfast was especially tasty. I was surprised to find a toilet with a bidet seat. It’s great that they sell 500 ml of boiled water for 300 yen, but I think 700 yen for a regular plastic bottle of water is a bit expensive.
