I had to cancel dinner on the day of my stay because I wasn't feeling well. Thank you for refunding the dinner charge and for your concern about my health. By the next morning, I was feeling better and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The restrooms are clean and odor-free, and the fact that they have Washlet toilets makes this a modern mountain lodge, but everyone in the shared dormitory was saying that the beds were too close to the person next to them. It’s too cramped. The only cold drinks available are beer, cola, peach juice, and water. I wish they’d add chuhai and highballs to the vending machines.

The room was very hot. I wish there had been screens on the windows. No one opened them because they didn’t want bugs to get in. The personal space per person was quite cramped, and the distance between people wasn’t comfortable. I think it would have been better if the rooms were a little more spacious or had some partitions. The staff were all cheerful and energetic, and their explanations were easy to understand—that was great! Thank you very much.

It was actually quite rare these days to see five people all sleeping together on a single silkworm rack without any partitions. It was great that there were plenty of charging cables available, and I really appreciated that we could have as many helpings as we wanted of the curry and miso soup for dinner.

My husband and I stayed in a 4.5-tatami-mat private room. The renovated cabin was very clean. The flush toilet was surprisingly clean—you wouldn’t expect that from a mountain cabin on a ridgeline. The view from the room was spectacular, the staff were very helpful, and the dinner curry—with unlimited refills—was delicious. It’s definitely a mountain cabin we’d love to visit again.

The restrooms and the rest of the facility were clean. It was also convenient to have Wi-Fi available. Since it’s a mountain hut along the ridge, I understand it’s unavoidable, but I’d appreciate having a little more access to water. The curry was delicious. I’d be even happier if there were a few more ingredients in it.
