The futons were packed so tightly together that there wasn't even a gap between them, making it difficult to even roll over. Even though it was just a communal sleeping arrangement, I wish they had given us a little more space.

The staff were all wonderful during mealtimes. Thank you so much! Check-in went smoothly using a QR code, which was great. Since the hotel wasn’t very busy, I wish there hadn’t been anyone right next door. If there had been one room between us, I think I would have felt a little more at ease…

The cabin was very clean, and although the staff were busy, they were kind and warm, making my stay very pleasant. I was able to reach the summit of the mountain I’d always dreamed of, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The room was clean, and the curry for dinner was delicious. It was a shame that the staff at check-in seemed quite perfunctory—even though it’s a mountain lodge, they didn’t smile at all. They just pointed to a piece of paper and said, “It’s written there.” It was very disappointing, especially since they were the staff at the entrance to a mountain lodge.
We are glad you found the room clean and enjoyed our signature curry. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had at check-in. The front desk is the face of a mountain hut, and we will work as a whole team to ensure every guest is greeted with a smile and a kind word.
