Thank you for hosting us for one night. The lower bunk in the 6-person room was fine, but since the upper bunk is dangerous, I think you should make a point of assigning elderly guests to the lower bunk. If possible, it would be great if we could choose between breakfast and a breakfast box at check-in. I would also appreciate it if breakfast were served starting at 4:30 a.m.

When reservations are made, we confirm the number of senior guests and assign sleeping spaces so that guests aged 70 and over are not placed in upper bunks. I was dissatisfied with both the mattress pad and the comforter. I fully understood that, since this is a mountain hut, I couldn’t expect the same quality of bedding as at a ryokan in the lowlands. Even so, compared to other huts in the Northern Alps, the mattress pad was thin and hard, and the comforter was thin and cold. When staying at a hut, I naturally expect more comfort than a tent would offer, but with this bedding, I actually felt more comfortable in a tent. Also, although we cooked for ourselves this time, I couldn’t fully remember the rules for cooking (such as where and when it’s allowed) after just one explanation. I think it would be easier to understand if they were summarized on a sheet of paper, just like the other rules, rather than being explained all at once. I’ve ended up listing mostly complaints, but overall, the facilities were clean throughout, and the staff’s hospitality was wonderful—it was a very good mountain hut.

The rice in the bento was abnormally hard, and everyone in our group was dissatisfied. I’m not asking for anything extravagant, but I’d at least like them to serve rice that’s edible.

This was my first time staying here. We were shown to a section on the second floor of the silkworm rack, which the three of us shared, and we were able to rest relatively comfortably. The restroom was located at the back of the drying room for clothes and other items, and since the drying room was crowded that day, having to bend over while moving through the space felt a little inconvenient. I thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, as well as the bento box. Thank you very much.

Since it was the day after a holiday, the two of us shared the room and were able to get a good night’s rest. The futon was a bit narrow, and it was cold because it was raining. We really appreciated your help with planning our walks and the hike down, as well as your advice and guidance on the weather. We’d love to stay with you again next summer. Thank you very much.

This time, I stayed in a tent. The campsite was nice because it wasn't sloped and I was able to use tent stakes. The restrooms seemed to be well-maintained, which was a big help.
