Meals are prepared and transported to the mountain hut based on advance reservations.
Therefore, we kindly ask guests to refrain from canceling meals on the day of arrival.

Sleeping spaces in shared rooms are assigned in order of check-in, and specific spots cannot be requested.
[Accommodation Tax]
An accommodation tax of JPY 200 per person will be charged separately for guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposit Policy
A booking deposit system is used in place of a cancellation fee.
The deposit will be applied toward your accommodation fee when you stay.
The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including weather or health conditions.
However, if you change your reservation within the allowed period during the current season, the deposit will be carried over to the new booking.
This system allows you to adjust your schedule more easily depending on weather conditions.
